Andrew M. Banaski of Joliet, IL, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Joliet, IL, at the age of 20 years, 10 months, and 8 days. He was born on Thursday, August 15, 1991, a son of Edward and Tracey Reed Banaski.

Survivors include his parents, Edward & Tracey Banaski of Joliet, IL; two brothers, Alex & Dale Banaski both of Joliet, IL; maternal grandparents, James & Marion Reed of Mize, KY; three aunts and two uncles; and several cousins.

Graveside service 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the Caney Cemetery, Caney, KY, with Bro. Mike Lindon officiating.
